Moving Release Techniques (MRT)

Moving Release Techniques are the fourth element in the world of exercise.

Up until now there have only been three basic elements in the exercise arena. They are strength building, aerobic exercise, and stretching.

A fourth one has now been identified. It is something that has been done on a natural, unconscious basis since man has existed. The process has been defined, laid out, and explained in a format called Moving Release Techniques (MRT).
