Much has been said about breathing, mostly in a joking manner. Everyone must breathe to stay alive, don't they?

Breathing to survive and breathing to maximize your health are two entirely different subjects. Every stress book ever written talks about the benefits of taking long, slow deep breaths when you are upset or nervous. Our natural reaction to something stressful which upsets us is to hold our breath. This is the exact opposite of what we should do.

In our TMJ Relief video, we describe the Three Breath Exercise and how to practice it when you don't need it so you'll have it when you do need it. Practice creates habits. And effective breathing leads to good health.

Every book I've ever read about stress has a section on how breathing effectively can reduce the stress you feel tremendously. One of the contributors to TMJ Syndrome / Disorder is STRESS. A simple effective TMJ treatment can be something as simple as learning to breath more effeciently. TMJ symptoms can be reduced when stress is handled. The "TMJ Relief" dvd / video has a section on breathing effectively, effeciently and much, much, more. . . . .
